By accessing or using Stock Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service provides research and analysis tools based on publicly available information (including SEC filings and third-party financial data). The Service is for educational and research purposes only. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

3. No professional relationship

Use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, broker-dealer, or client relationship between you and the operator. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

5. AI and automated outputs

AI-generated summaries, scores, screening results, and chat responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify material facts against primary sources before acting on any information.

6. Day trading / simulation features

Any day-trading views, signals, backtests, or paper-trading integrations are for education and simulation. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Live trading involves substantial risk of loss.

7. Third-party data and services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g., data vendors, hosting, authentication, AI providers). Their terms and availability may affect the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
• Present Service outputs as guaranteed returns or personalized investment advice

The Service, branding, and original content are owned by the operator or licensors. SEC filings and certain market data remain subject to their respective terms. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal research.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), where permitted by law.
